The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We are about one mile from the Forum and the new Rams/Chargers football stadium so you can walk there in about 25 minutes and it's safe if you're walking with a friend, particularly. We are walking distance from a ton of shopping from Target, Home Depot, COSTCO, GAP, Old Navy, Ross, Marshalls, Aldi, El Super, Michael's, The Children's Place, and more. We have a ton of restaurants both chains and local spots and we even have a brand new Hollywood Park Casino walking distance as well. There is so much to do in the area and it's only getting better. We are about 15 minutes drive from LAX and about 20 minutes from the beach.

Very residential area, no condos or apartments. Great people, great neighbors. Plenty of street parking.

There is an attached unit rented to other guests. The only shared space is the laundry room and backyard/patio.

There are buses walking distance from the house although LA public transit has much to be desired. We also have very active Lyft and Uber from this location and only about a $10-$15 ride from the airport (LAX).
