Hospy Homes was founded in 2017 with one goal: make furnished rental management genuinely hands-off for property owners — while delivering a stay that feels like home for guests.

What started in Los Angeles has grown into one of the most trusted furnished rental operators in Southern California, with a growing presence in new markets like Dallas-Fort Worth. We’ve hosted 1,000+ guests, partnered with corporate relocation firms and insurance companies, and built a system that consistently gets owners more income with less stress.

We specialize in both short-term rentals (STR) and mid-term rentals (MTR) property management — the model that gives property owners all the benefits of owning without the headache of self-managing.

Allen started Hospy Homes after discovering a smarter way to manage furnished rentals. What began as a single unit in Los Angeles has grown into a multi-market portolio across Southern California and beyond.

He works closely with property owners to accomplish their goals through short-term and mid-term rental strategies — without the operational stress so they can focus on their careers, their families, and whatever else matters the most.
