Neighborhood

It is a HOA community so it is very quiet and well kept. It is an older folks neighborhood and you'll see some kids playing outside. Very quiet and peaceful. You can go for a walk with your dog or enjoy the neighborhood all on your own.

Access

» You will have access to the entire Home (no shared spaces inside the unit).

» The parking area (Garage) is behind the house in the alleyway, where you'll have 2 parking spots. You can also park a couple of cars out in front of the home.

» The backyard is yours to enjoy sitting on adiron chairs by the firepit.
