*Comfort lounging and seating throughout the living room, a place to unwind after a busy day of work or play.
*The 65 in television is on a swivel wall mount above the fireplace, it can be viewed from the living room, dining room and kitchen. Watch a movie on the couch or listen to music while cooking a home cooked meal in the kitchen.
*A wall unit desk is available for those who require a workspace for your laptop.

Kitchen
*The kitchen is complete with everything you need to prepare a meal. The dining room table is perfect for a meal, conference table or playing games with friends and co-workers.
*Appliances in the kitchen includes a dual coffee maker, gas stove, oven, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, Ninja Blender, rice cooker and crock pot and microwave.
*Cabinets are filled with cooking and dinner ware along with any groceries we can have ready for your arrival for an additional fee.
*The washer and dryer are located in the garage off the kitchen.

*Through the sliding glass door reveals a shaded patio with an outdoor dining table for 6 and continues into a large private backyard with fruit trees to enjoy.

Bedrooms
*After a long day take a load off on any of three memory foam mattresses: 1 king and 2 queens.
*Jet lag got you down, no problem! All 3 bedrooms include a Roku TV, blackout curtains/blinds and white noise fans, so sleep is an option, day, or night.

Bathrooms
There are 2 full bathrooms available; 1 with a walk-in shower and bathtub and 1 with an extra-large walk-in shower. A Blow dryer is included for your convenience.

Entertainment
*A 65-inch Roku flat screen television with smart features is mounted above the fireplace in the living room and a 45-inch mounted in all 3 bedrooms.
*We included our favorite games for your enjoyment and can be found in the living room.

The house fits 4 vehicles in the driveway and is located in the Disney Resort area of Anaheim. So, you can walk to the restaurants and shopping or take the Anaheim Resort transportation.
