    Do you manage short-term rentals (STR) as well as mid-term?

    Yes. We specialize in both short-term (STR) and mid-term rentals (MTR), with a strong focus on monthly furnished stays in Los Angeles and Dallas-Fort Worth.

    Why not just use a regular property manager who says they can handle furnished rentals too

    Traditional long term property managers don’t understand mid-term rentals. They treat your MTR like a long-term rental with furniture – missing the unique operational requirements, guest expectations, and revenue opportunities that make MTR profitable.
