We are tucked away in a quiet community in the Madrona neighborhood of Torrance, California. There is everything you need within walking distance or a short drive! Walk to the Del Amo Mall for a beautiful shopping experience or walk to Madrona Marsh for an easy nature walk. Visit Wilson Park on Saturday and Tuesday mornings to shop the Farmers’ Market! It’s one of the biggest in the area. And don’t forget – Old Torrance is our cute little downtown area with many little shops and restaurants that are sure to please.

Playa del Rey is a beachfront community offering a laidback vibe with lots of local flair and a distinct SoCal charm. Living in Playa del Rey, which means “Beach of the King” in Spanish, grants you access to the beautiful Playa del Rey Beach, a stretch of the expansive Dockweiler State Beach. Playa del Rey is great for sightseeing, whether you want to see planes taking off while hanging out at the beach, sailboats from Del Rey Lagoon, or a pretty sunset from the beach or sand dunes that line the coast. There are plenty of trails for hiking and biking in the neighborhood as well. Centrally located between Manhattan Beach and Santa Monica. Convenient to Otis College of Art and Design, Loyola Marymount University, and many Silicon Beach area employers.
