On the first level, you will find the secondary bedroom with a private on-suite bath, laundry room, and garage. The Master bedroom and office are located on the third floor, providing privacy and separation from the main living area. The master suite is a true oasis, complete with a spacious walk-in closet and a luxurious en suite bathroom featuring dual sinks and a large soaking tub.

But the real showstopper of this townhome is the rooftop terrace, offering breathtaking views of the downtown Dallas skyline. This is the perfect spot to unwind after a long day.

Additional features of this property include an attached 2-car garage, a laundry room, and a bonus office space that can be used as a home gym or study. The home comes fully furnished and is available on a month-to-month basis.

For guest safety there is an exterior ring camera at the entrance to the front door and an exterior ring floodlight behind the garage.

Guests have access to the full property.

Please inform us prior to booking about any four legged friends (pets!). We love animals and accept them on a case by case basis (so we can keep the place comfy for future guests) with a non refundable deposit.

Any usage over $200 of Heat or AC will be charged to guest.

A 30 day walk through will be done for bookings greater than 30 days and a mid stay cleaning will be additionally required every 30 days (charged at a rate of $200, unless excessively dirty).

Guest will be responsible for any damage to the property.

It is a HOA community so it is very quiet and well kept. It is an older folks neighborhood and you’ll see some kids playing outside. Very quiet and peaceful. You can go for a walk with your dog or enjoy the neighborhood all on your own.

There is a long term tenant staying in a RV camper in the backyard. The trailer on the property is occupied, and the resident requires access through the driveway.
