There is a long term tenant staying in a RV camper in the backyard. The trailer on the property is occupied, and the resident requires access through the driveway. The only shared spaces are the garage, where the washer and dryer are located, and the tenant walks down the driveway to get to the backyard.

Noise at dinner level only; quiet hours 9 PM-8 AM; no loud music.
No overnight guests beyond stated occupancy without approval.
No subletting, illegal activities, or smoking anywhere on the property inside or outside.
Outdoor cameras monitor for safety/neighbors (do not tamper).
Use pool/amenities at your own risk; Host not liable for accidents, injuries, illness, lost valuables, or items left behind.
Report maintenance immediately; no refunds for equipment issues.
Observe parking rules (Host not liable for tickets/tows).
Host Rights & Guest Obligations: Non-disturbance required. Host may inspect/cancel for violations (all payments forfeited). Guest indemnifies Host against all claims/injuries from use. Cancellation per Airbnb policy.
