Central location close to many LA destinations. 20 minutes or less from downtown LA, Santa Monica, UCLA, USC, SoFI Stadium, Cedars Sinai Medical Center

*There is a separate studio in the backyard available for other guests. To access the studio, those guests will walk down the driveway and through the backyard. There is separately designated outdoor space but no fence or wall to provide privacy. This means the studio guests can see you and vice versa if you’re all outside at the same time.

Upon booking, we’ll send you our rental agreement and an ID verification request. See below for a summary of the rental agreement terms. By booking, you agree to sign our rental agreement and complete the ID verification.

No parties/events/third-party bookings without prior Host approval.
Noise at dinner level only; quiet hours 9 PM-8 AM; no loud music.
No overnight guests beyond stated occupancy without approval.
No subletting, illegal activities, or smoking anywhere on the property inside or outside.
Outdoor cameras monitor for safety/neighbors (do not tamper).
Use pool/amenities at your own risk; Host not liable for accidents, injuries, illness, lost valuables, or items left behind.
Report maintenance immediately; no refunds for equipment issues.
Observe parking rules (Host not liable for tickets/tows).
Host Rights & Guest Obligations: Non-disturbance required. Host may inspect/cancel for violations (all payments forfeited). Guest indemnifies Host against all claims/injuries from use. Cancellation per Airbnb policy.
