Guests have full access to the apartment and use of the laundry room.

Gardena is a small family-oriented city home to a large Japanese population (& authentic Japanese dining options!) and K1 Speed, one of the best indoor go-kart operators. It is centrally located to live entertainment at the James R. Armstrong Theater, fresh produce at the Torrance Farmers’ Market, shopping at Del Amo Fashion Center, and of course the beach. Though our home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, it is conveniently located right off the 110 freeway, providing easy access to Greater Los Angeles.

Upon booking, we’ll send you our rental agreement and an ID verification request. See below for a summary of the rental agreement terms. By booking, you agree to sign our rental agreement and complete the ID verification.

No parties/events/third-party bookings without prior Host approval.
Noise at dinner level only; quiet hours 9 PM-8 AM; no loud music.
No overnight guests beyond stated occupancy without approval.
No subletting, illegal activities, or smoking anywhere on the property inside or outside.
Outdoor cameras monitor for safety/neighbors (do not tamper).
Use pool/amenities at your own risk; Host not liable for accidents, injuries, illness, lost valuables, or items left behind.
Report maintenance immediately; no refunds for equipment issues.
Observe parking rules (Host not liable for tickets/tows).
Host Rights & Guest Obligations: Non-disturbance required. Host may inspect/cancel for violations (all payments forfeited). Guest indemnifies Host against all claims/injuries from use. Cancellation per Airbnb policy.
