* **Entire House:** All 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sunlit living room, and the bonus flex room/office.
* **Kitchen & Amenities:** Full kitchen equipped with appliances and cookware, plus in-unit washer and dryer.
* **Outdoor Space:** Private, fully fenced backyard and covered outdoor deck.
* **Parking:** Free on-site driveway parking with space for up to 4 vehicles (no street parking permits required).

**Check-In & Entry:**

* **Self Check-In:** Keyless entry via a digital smart lock. A unique access
* **Privately Maintained:** No shared spaces or on-site host quarters—the property is 100% yours to enjoy.
* **Off-Limits Areas:** A locked owner’s closet (used for property maintenance supplies and extra linens) is off-limits to guests.
