The most well-known event is the First Fridays and is literally a block away on Atlantic Avenue. Restaurants, shops, street vendors, and live music grace Atlantic Avenue as locals and out-of-towner enjoy the lively event.

Outdoor cameras monitor for safety/neighbors (do not tamper).
Use pool/amenities at your own risk; Host not liable for accidents, injuries, illness, lost valuables, or items left behind.
Report maintenance immediately; no refunds for equipment issues.
Observe parking rules (Host not liable for tickets/tows).
