Neighborhood: Mid-Wilshire / Miracle Mile / Park La Brea edge — walkable, tree-lined residential streets with a mix of apartment buildings and single-family homes. Nearby attractions: the Miracle Mile museum corridor (e.g., Petersen Automotive Museum, La Brea Tar Pits / Page Museum and Los Angeles County Museum of Art within a short drive), shopping and restaurants along La Brea and Fairfax, and Park La Brea’s large apartment complex nearby. Vibe: urban residential with cultural institutions and convenient local dining/cafés.

Getting around: Walkable to local shops and restaurants on La Brea, Fairfax and nearby blocks for short trips. Metro buses serve La Brea Avenue, Wilshire Boulevard and 8th Street (multiple lines including frequent north–south routes). The Metro B/D (Red/Purple) subway terminus at Wilshire/Western is reachable by bus or short rideshare; the Metro Expo Line (E) runs west–east and connects to 7th Street/Metro Center and Santa Monica (transfer options downtown). Rideshare, taxis, and bike/scooter rentals are widely available. Street parking is common but can be limited; metered and residential permit zones exist in some blocks.

Noise at dinner level only; quiet hours 9 PM-8 AM; no loud music.
No overnight guests beyond stated occupancy without approval.
No subletting, illegal activities, or smoking anywhere on the property inside or outside.
Outdoor cameras monitor for safety/neighbors (do not tamper).
Use pool/amenities at your own risk; Host not liable for accidents, injuries, illness, lost valuables, or items left behind.
Report maintenance immediately; no refunds for equipment issues.
Observe parking rules (Host not liable for tickets/tows).
Host Rights & Guest Obligations: Non-disturbance required. Host may inspect/cancel for violations (all payments forfeited). Guest indemnifies Host against all claims/injuries from use. Cancellation per Airbnb policy.
