It is a HOA community so it is very quiet and well kept. It is an older folks neighborhood and you’ll see some kids playing outside. Very quiet and peaceful. You can go for a walk with your dog or enjoy the neighborhood all on your own.

Plenty of parking in front and in the garage and driveway area. quiet suburban neighborhood.
