Bixby Knolls, Long Beach, is a very family-friendly neighborhood and our neighbors are exceptionally kind! The most well-known event is the First Fridays and is literally a block away on Atlantic Avenue. Restaurants, shops, street vendors, and live music grace Atlantic Avenue as locals and out-of-towner enjoy the lively event.

Use pool/amenities at your own risk; Host not liable for accidents, injuries, illness, lost valuables, or items left behind.
Report maintenance immediately; no refunds for equipment issues.
Observe parking rules (Host not liable for tickets/tows).
Host Rights & Guest Obligations: Non-disturbance required. Host may inspect/cancel for violations (all payments forfeited). Guest indemnifies Host against all claims/injuries from use. Cancellation per Airbnb policy.

Living in Playa del Rey, which means “Beach of the King” in Spanish, grants you access to the beautiful Playa del Rey Beach, a stretch of the expansive Dockweiler State Beach. Playa del Rey is great for sightseeing, whether you want to see planes taking off while hanging out at the beach, sailboats from Del Rey Lagoon, or a pretty sunset from the beach or sand dunes that line the coast. There are plenty of trails for hiking and biking in the neighborhood as well. Centrally located between Manhattan Beach and Santa Monica. Convenient to Otis College of Art and Design, Loyola Marymount University, and many Silicon Beach area employers.
