Neighborhood
The property is in the Preston/Prestonwood trade area of Far North Dallas — a largely residential, mature suburban neighborhood with pocket retail centers, restaurants and small offices. Nearby anchors and attractions include local shopping centers along Preston and Belt Line, corporate and medical offices to the north toward Plano, the Addison entertainment/nightlife district and the NorthPark/Galleria retail corridors to the south. The area is quiet by Dallas standards, with a mix of condos, single-family neighborhoods and chain and independent dining options.

Getting around
By car: Very car-friendly — Preston Road is a major north–south arterial; immediate access to Belt Line Road, Northwest Highway (Loop 12), I‑635 (LBJ Freeway) and the Dallas North Tollway for trips across the metroplex.

Small shops, cafés and community venues cluster along Devonshire/Leimert and the Crenshaw Corridor a short drive away.

Most guests use a car or rideshare for convenience; street parking and local residential parking rules vary.
