South Coast Botanic Garden
Update: the garden has done a great job modernizing its programs and features, with frequent dog walking days that have plenty of water, a popup bar on the weekends to have a cocktail in the garden and fun temporary events like the Soar butterfly exhibitions and Glow in the winter. Come out and support this wonderful garden.
Original: Great garden with lots of trails to walk. Almost everyone is considerate and keeps space between people. Lots of grassy areas to picnic. Admission is relatively inexpensive but the memberships are worth the price.

They have the best cornflake cookies. The iced lattes have all been great but the cookies were memorable. Thank you Dale
Sunglass Hut
Great place to shop for sunglasses, the customer service is truly exceptional. Highly recommend shopping here.
Torrance Cultural Arts Center
Love it here, we’ve has several parties in the George Nakano Theatre. This place is amazing. Definitely visit and have your events here
Charles H. Wilson Park
Amazing and well maintained park that’s great for the family. Beautiful trees and lush natures next to a brand new playground brings everything together perfectly. Truly love bringing my kids here.
Principe Night Club
Awesome place to hang out and have couple of drinks while enjoying karaoke or live music on the weekends or even darts and pool table games. I appreciate Mr Alfredo and his son for been the most awesome owners at the night club. They are very humble and hospitality is out the chain. Don’t forget the bartenders are awesome as well and very good customer service.
That being that I would invite all y’all to have some good time and come join me for a good time. Fell in love at first sight.
AMC Del Amo 18
I really enjoy this mall. I’ve noticed that the last two times I was here (within the past two weeks), there have been crowds and police officers. On one occasion, there was a man arrested. I appreciate the active police presence. Furthermore , the workers here are so courteous and kind. I really appreciate the work that they do. The AMC is amazing. They always sell sizable nachos with WARM nacho cheese and jalapeños. I literally go to no other mall.
Cinemark Carson and XD
The theater here usually has a availability for movies, even the newer ones. The staff here is pretty cool & helpful. The snack area is massive but like any other theater they’re usually very expensive to it’s real value outside of the theater. Bathrooms are pretty decently big but can get busy due to the size of the venue. Seats are pretty decent but they aren’t anything like a Dolby cinema experience 3 or 4 out of 5 in my opinion for those seats.
P.F. Chang’s
I had the most amaizng time! Dinner was great with fresh ingredients. My favorite was this crunchy salad that was so yummy! The best part of the night was my server MONICA!! She was so attentive and her attention to detail was great! She made she i always had a filled cup of water. I love how she knew the menu and recommended different things. I loved everything she recommended! What a great night of dinner! Thanks changs & Monica. ❤️
California Pizza Kitchen at Rolling Hills
We had the new summer favorites and bonus free 7″ pizza 🍕 since the dodgers won!! Suzy was amazing as our server she made us feel very welcome and treated us with care.
Piece O’ Pizza Inc (Torrance)
This pizza isn’t for everyone. The sauce is too sweet and the meats lack spice. While my wife and I weren’t impressed, our kids devoured the pizza like furious wolves. It’s more of a sweeter style that’s great for a younger palate.
Am I getting old? Maybe I’m old and spoiled with my cheesy expectations, but I know what I like AND I’m giving this place five stars.
Stars should be about promises, after all.
This place is the right fit for somebody, and hopefully this helps.

One of the best Target stores that I have visited. It has everything you need. Store is so big and so neat that it craves for multiple visits.
Ease of finding the items or going through the self checkout are amazing. Online pickup and returns team is so quick that you will never have to wait here. It’s a must visit store for all your needs. Highly Recommend!
Annie’s Boutique
Annie’s is an ideal place to find a unique gift for the girl in your life wich for the most part are produced or inspired by local artists. You won’t leave without a smile.
Jaunts Boutique
I love this boutique! The owner, Pascale, has such good taste. The shop is beautiful; very clean design and modern looking. The clothes are so elegant but cute too. They have everything to make a totally stylish outfit: accessories like scarves and hats, and very pretty and unusual jewelry. They also have macaroon lip balms and socks; all kinds of cool stuff. Also gifts, like polished stone coasters that are just beautiful. Every week she has a bunch of new things so it’s fun to keep going back to see what they have. The prices are surprisingly affordable too. I like that! Pascale is so friendly; it’s always great chatting with her whenever I go in. I also like the location. It’s easy to get to and it’s a really nice old town area, but a busy one. There’s a lot of activity and all kinds of stores and businesses, some antique stores but mostly new merchandise, restaurants, a gym, etc. I’ll be going back soon and as often as I can!
The Commerce Casino & Hotel
This place was amazing. The customer service was amazing. The young man that checked me in gave me an amazing room with breath taking views. I was planning to see the city and explore but the weather made it difficult to get out much. The hotel was so nice I didn’t mind spending most of my time there.
Gardena Bowl
I love this place! Lots of simple, tasty food and many down- home Hawaiian favorites as well as Asian specialties (my personal favorites). They also prepare and serve delicious all- American sandwiches, burgers and plates. Staff is casual and friendly.
Barnes & Noble
First time to this location. It was pretty big and they had so many great items to offer. It was very clean. I did buy a few books.
Outback Steakhouse
Had my birthday dinner here recently. Our server was beyond perfect and the food was A+. We will gladly be back soon for a family dinner. It wasn’t packed and that made the experience so much better.
Olive Garden Italian Restaurant
THIS WAS SO DELICIOUS AND WE ALL ENJOYED OURSELVES FOOD SERVICE AND ATMOSPHERE WAS VERY GREAT.
BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse
I recently tried out this restaurant based on a friend’s recommendation for their delicious baby back ribs, and I have to say, I was not disappointed! In addition to the ribs, we also ordered a thin crust pizza and some appetizers, and everything was incredibly tasty.
Although there was a bit of a wait for the food to arrive, the waiter was very apologetic and even offered us a complimentary dessert to make up for the delay. I really appreciated this gesture and thought it showed great customer service.
Speaking of service, the waiter was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our meal, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and excellent service. The baby back ribs are definitely a must-try, but everything else we tried was just as delicious. Thanks to the kind and attentive staff, we had a fantastic meal and a great overall experience!
Hamada-ya Bakery
This bread shop is located in Mitsuwa. You can purchase not only bread but iced coffee. You can not use AMEX card credit card in this shop. Some breads such as cup cake and Shoku-pan (Squared bread) are able to buy at the Mitsuwa (It mean AMEX credit card is availabe).

Very small but a free museum in SoCal. One main hall for any exhibition collection, the left room is for audio section, on your right there are many local artists. Here is a collection during June 2018 period.
FUNBOX DEL AMO
I took my kids for the opening weekend. Tickets were $5 and I took my 10-year-old, my 14-year-old and his friend and my 18-year-old and his friend. They had a great time! It’s not like the trampoline places were the staff scold everyone for every little thing. The staff make sure you’re safe but let the kids have fun. I saw some folks there with little toddlers. I don’t think folks should bring kids under 5. It gets crazy and with a bunch of folks running and jumping, it gets challenging to keep your balance. However, for kids 5+ – adults, it’s super fun! I definitely recommend Fun Box!
Sprouts Farmers Market
Sprouts is a cute little market where you can find a lot of vegan treats and foods that can’t be found anywhere else. I popped in for some organic honey, some vegan chips and spring water. We were in and out in no time and got what we needed.
